28-29 March - Northern Territory Cattlemen's Association Industry Conference
The 35th NTCA AGM and Industry Conference will be held at the Darwin Convention Centre on the 28th and 29th of March 2019. The theme for the 2019 conference is 'High Steaks' and will focus on the opportunities and challenges currently faced by the northern cattle industry in a changing world.

3 April - Meat Business Women Launch Event
The Australian Meat Industry Council is very excited to be bringing the international networking group Meat Business Women to Australian shores. Join us at the inaugural event this April, where we will be bringing together women from across the meat supply chain to network and hear from prominent industry figures and motivational speakers.

12-13 June - 2019 Australian Biosecurity Symposium
The Symposium theme is preventative biosecurity practices and will focus on research and innovation, outside-of-the-box thinking and the exchange of knowledge and ideas across the biosecurity collective – agriculture (animals and plants), pest animals, weeds, wildlife, aquatics and the environment.

15-16 August - Plant Biosecurity Research Symposium 2019
The two-day Plant Biosecurity Research Symposium will showcase current plant biosecurity research supported by the PBRI member organisations and delivered by a large range of research teams in Australia. This includes research on pests, diseases and weeds affecting plant productions systems and surrounding environments.
