Monster Bars are an addicting mix of Rice Chex, peanut butter, marshmallows, pretzels and M&M’s. It’s salty, sweet satisfaction!

Ingredients
12 slices of Sweet Ali's sandwich bread, cubed
1 large (20oz) can crushed pineapple w/ juice
2 large (20oz) cans chunked pineapple w/ juice of 1 can
1 ½ cups sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
3 beaten eggs

Instructions
Mix in order in baking pan (10 x 15) and bake.
Oven temp: 325   Time: 50 min   Serves: 12-16

This recipe can also be halved and baked in a 9x9 pan.
