Pick up your exhibitor badges, lunch cards and Presidential Welcome Celebration tickets at Exhibitor Registration located in B1-B5 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center beginning on Friday, April 27 between 7AM-7PM. NEW THIS YEAR: Government-Issued Photo ID is required. You WILL NOT be permitted to pick up a colleagues badge, no exceptions. Installation Dismantle Click here to see all courses that exhibitors are eligible to attend. Exhibitors may attend the Scientific Sessions (Exhibitor Badge required). To preserve medical privacy, photography during scientific sessions is strictly prohibited. Additionally, everyone is expected and required to maintain any revealed patient details and images in the strictest of confidence. To sign up for an optional course, please visit our Attendee Registration (not Exhibitor Registration). All registration for courses can only be processed ½ hour before the course is to begin. No Exceptions. For more information, please see one of our staff members at Attendee Registration. Need a new headshot? Get a free photo taken in the “We Are Aesthetics” Photo Booth, located within The Aesthetic Society’s Booth #529. Meeting Shuttle Service. ASAPS will be sponsoring a shuttle service from the NY Marriott Marquis to the Javits Convention Center each day of the meeting with limited service in the mornings and afternoons. Please see the ASAPS meeting app for the schedule. All hotels are within close proximity to the Marriott Marquis. Subway Station. Subway Service Now Available! Brand new state-of-the-art 34th street Hudson Yard station is a great fast way to get from the Javits Center to Times Square. The station is located directly across the street from the Center and the number 7 train is a quick 5 minute one-stop ride. Service from Times Square to the Javits Center is via the 42nd Street Times Square station (7 train). To view a New York City subway map, please visit: http://web.mta.info/maps/submap.html. Ground Transportation from Airports. The approximate cost of a taxi to Times Square from the following airports is: La Guardia Airport $45, JFK Airport $60, and Newark Liberty is $75. Uber and Lift are also available at these airports. Food, Drinks and Fun will be in abundance as we savor four distinct New York experiences. Cocktail/business attire. No one under 18 will be admitted to the Presidential Welcome Celebration. Join us on Monday, April 30 at 7:30 AM in the Aesthetic Marketplace for our annual exhibitor breakfast. You should have RSVP'd when you registered for your booth badges. On Friday, April 13th you were emailed your appointment to participate in the onsite advance booth selection for 2019. If you did not receive your appointment, visit Exhibitor Registration onsite.
