iStart New Zealand

Hi there,

Hands up anyone who doesn’t interact with their bank digitally these days. Digital seems such a logical move for banks, and true enough, across APAC consumers are increasingly embracing digital for financial services.

Combine that with the push to open banking across New Zealand and Australia and the scene is set for the rise of digital-only banks. The question is, are the incumbents ready for the challenge? According to Forrester the answer is no, with just 12 percent of international banks fully committed to digital transformation and investing in a digital first strategy.

In other news:

  • Moving from being a data ‘dabbler’ to an analytics ‘doer’
  • Business in the focus in resurgence of email scams
  • From concept to operational reality: The CX conundrum
  • PDTs in the future of work

We also take a look at how the ‘Age of Industry Transformation’ is driving a post-modern enterprise architecture and what it might mean for your technology stack and supply chain.

That discussion around the Age of Industry Transformation will continue on 28 August with a roundtable on the topic. Register to join us for the webinar.
