4th Grade eNews

We are really enjoying getting to know and learn from your great group of kids!  They are a joy!

• Bible –  We will be learning about the omnipresence of God.  HE IS EVERYWHERE!  Our verse is:  Det. 31:6   “Be strong and courageous; don’t be terrified or afraid of them.  For it is the Lord your God who goes with you; He will not leave you or forsake you.”
• Spelling – Unit 5:  tiny, cycle, idea, flight, iron, buy, might, climb, eyes, shy, umpire, slight, higher, highway, hire, title, reply, fright, icicle, tight
• Language – Prepositions & Subject/Verb Agreement
• Reading - We will complete our novel Because of Winn-Dixie and our study of   Character.
• Math – Comparing, adding, and subtracting fractions
• Science – Insects
• Social Studies – First Settlements in North America
