Great News! We have been working with our network of manufacturers from Australia and overseas to source more training gear and we have a bunch of it on the way! Additionally we have compiled a list of places you can get climbing holds from in Australia at the moment as we are not able to get more holds until early June.
If there is a sold out item on our site that you're interested in please use the Notify me button on the product page to receive an email as soon as stock lands. There is no need to add it more than once but you need to add it to any product you are interested in separately.
Hangboard Availability

Our mates at Concept Climbing (and the Boulder Lab in Melbourne) have fired up their CNC machine and started producing a locally made hangboard to help your home training.
Our first shipment sold out but Concept are working hard to get more available ASAP. We will put them online as soon as they are available so you can register your interest below for stock notification.

We have teamed up with the team behind PORTSIDE boulders and Stax volumes in WA to bring you the STAX Edge board. This board is being CNC'd from Plywood by the Stax team in Perth and we will be receiving stock around the 27th April.
Board features and phone holder plus twin edges at a constant width of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm and a top 18mm rail. Excellent for working on your smaller edges. Note that the phone holder in the design file is updated from the sample in the picture and is the final version that will ship

Rustam Training Gear
We have a shipment of Rustam Training products on the way and due to Land in about 2 weeks. This includes some hangboards, Pinch Blocks and Finger Trainers. Check out the range and register your email to be notified as soon as we make them available. We will put this online for preorder once we get a firm ETA on delivery.
We have a sea shipment of hangboards arriving in the first week of June. Before that time we are trying to organise an airfreight of Prime Rib, Wood Grip Compact and Wooden Rock Rings but this is not confirmed. We have a shipment in the works with Tension however their factory in Colorado is closed while the state is in Lock Down. At this stage they will not be able to supply our order until sometime in May. Register your interest using the notify me button on the product.
We have been trying to get stock of these awesome boards for weeks now but, unsurprisingly, they are flat out supplying customers directly from their website. If you're after one of their boards in the short term try ordering direct from them as those orders will be filled before we can be restocked.
Climbing Holds
We have a small shipment of Metolius Mega Packs arriving in the first week in June but the shipment does not include modular or mini jug sets. In the meantime you can source holds in Australia from some of the great companies below. We have 25,000 TNUTS landing next week and Climbing Hold Bolts are available now (in stock at time of emailing)
Check with your Local Climbing Gym. We know of some that are selling their old holds or have hold sets available for sale in their pro stores
Australian Hold Manufacturers
A lot of hold manufacturers are facing material shortages at the moment so availability will vary but support them where you can:
Australian Made holds by Will Watkins in Sydney. He is making holds at the moment but there is a little wait. Great shapes
Made in Tasmania by Garry Phillips. At the moment he has a backlog and getting more materials in but contact him directly to check eta sales@bigredclimbing.com.au
Made in Armidale NSW with solid hold heritage and a big selection of holds. They currently have a long back log while they wait for urethane to arrive.
Stax Volumes (made in WA by the team behind Portside Boulders) have just released three Home Wall Volume Packs. If you want to add some great variety to the home wall you have just built, volumes are the easiest way to vary the terrain.
Each of the sets includes:
- Sealed finish
- T Nuts included (available in Metric or Imperial) in the panels so you can add holds directly onto the surfaces
- Small size roughly 300 x 300 mm
- Medium size roughly 500 x 500 mm
- Free Shipping Australia Wide

Rubber Holds
Rubber Holds are based in Sydney. Their holds are manufactured in a European hold factory so may have a lead time.
Based in SA, website says they have some delays but may be available
Climb Fit is a Climbing Gym in Sydney. Their Pro Store has some SoILL holds in stock at the time of emailing but lots were sold out
Based in NSW website says they have some delays but may be available
There is significant demand for beastmakers but the Au distributor is out of stock. Their next shipment is due in July however the UK shutdown and worldwide demand may change that

Store Closure FAQ
Are you still sending orders out?
Yes, until we hear otherwise from couriers or governments our online store will continue to operate
- Can I still use the free returns for my shoes or return clothes etc?
Yes, at this stage our return process has not changed. This may vary at a later date but at the moment it remains the same
- Will I be able to contact you on weekends?
Due to store closures we will only have skeleton staff on weekends to answer phone calls or emails. If your call goes unanswered please email us at info@climbinganchors.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
- Can I still click and collect an order placed online?
Not at this stage. We are looking at offering this again but until our physical stores reopen we won't be able to do regular click and collect orders due to irregular stock levels in each location.
- How long will your stores be closed for?
At this stage we are unsure how long they will remain closed but we will advise you as soon as we know we will be able to reopen them.
- Will there be shipping delays?
At this stage there will be no delays in us dispatching your order, however the freight system is quite overloaded and there are delays with all couriers so please allow extra time.
