It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Herbert Kee, 88, a founder of CPC and longtime community leader of Chinatown. Dr. Kee and his wife Virginia brought the first youth and Head Start programs to Chinatown. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 7th, at 3 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (RSVP required)".
