Click here CPC Service Star Award Honoree Belinda Liang Belinda Liang, recently promoted to Campus Director at New Utrecht High School, has a proven track record of dedicated service in empowering students and communities. Formerly a Family Development Coach at CPC’s Academics, Counseling, and Empowerment (A.C.E.) program within New Utrecht High School (NUHS), Belinda now oversees NUHS's comprehensive programs and leads multiple internship initiatives. In her previous role, Belinda provided academic support, career readiness workshops, mentorship, and internships to enhance students' skills and confidence. Through one-on-one counseling sessions, she worked closely with students, guiding them in achieving their goals. Beyond her core responsibilities, she volunteered at events such as City Advocacy Day and the Brooklyn Community Center’s Annual Gala as an emcee. Additionally, she organized project-based learning initiatives for youths during the summers. She embodies CPC’s mission and offers tremendous support to colleagues, students, and the community. Belinda holds a B.A. in Media Studies from Hunter College and advocates for continuous learning. She has certifications in digital marketing, UX/UI design, and her current focus is on web development and augmented reality design.
