By supporting this course, the Police Foundation aims to empower our community members with the tools and knowledge they need to stay safe behind the wheel, promoting a safer environment for all who live, work, and visit Juno Beach. Seating for this valuable course is limited, so individuals interested in participating are encouraged to call and reserve a seat as soon as possible. The Juno Beach Police Foundation is proud to support, along with the Oceanview United Methodist Church and the Town of Juno Beach, the Civic Association's annual Shred Fest. This important community event will take place on Saturday, March 1st, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Oceanview United Methodist Church. Shred Fest provides residents with a secure way to dispose of sensitive documents, helping to protect against identity theft and financial fraud. While the event is free, a $10 donation is suggested, with all proceeds benefiting the Juno Beach Civic Association. Click Poster for more information Properly shredding your documents that contain personal information — such as account numbers, Social Security details, and financial statements — prevents criminals from accessing your private data. Stolen personal information can easily end up on the dark web, where it may be sold and misused. Ensuring the safety and security of the Town of Juno Beach and its residents is the core mission of the Juno Beach Police Foundation, and events like Shred Fest play a vital role in supporting that goal. By participating in Shred Fest, residents take an active step in safeguarding their identities and protecting themselves from fraud. Please note: To ensure a smooth and safe shredding process, please remove all metal objects, including CDs, paper clips, coins, or metal binding rings, as friction and sparks generated during shredding can ignite paper and dust inside the truck. Join us on March 1st for this important event and help keep your personal information secure! Protect Yourself: Security and Safety With Today's Technologies
