Highlight: Manage your Scholarly Identity with ORCID

An ORCID ID is a persistent identifier that will distinguish you from other researchers throughout your scholarly career. ORCID ensures consistent, reliable attribution of your work. Publishers and funding agencies are increasingly integrating ORCID into the manuscript and grant proposal submission process and some are requiring an ORCID ID. The ORCID site may also be used to house and share an online profile including education, employment, published works, and research funding.

In this workshop, you'll find or create your ORCID ID, link your publications to it, and set up auto updates for your ORCID profile. We'll also discuss ORCID integrations with funder and publisher systems. Don't miss this chance to take a step in the future of managing your research profile!

Please register here for this event. Click here to read more about the ORCID ID system and why it's important.
