12 Hay Hill is a top end private members club which includes restaurant and bar facilities that are overseen by renowned Michelin star chef - Shaun Rankin.

We provide high-quality, modern cuisine with a strong focus on using only the freshest seasonal produce, all of which are sourced locally and bought in fresh daily.

Due to our continued success we are currently recruiting experienced chefs across the following levels:

SOUS CHEF
CHEF DE PARTIE
BAR CHEF

For all roles you will need:

  • Experience working in a similar role and environment, ideally Rosette or Michelin Star establishments.
  • Strong food and product knowledge, and able to appreciate the finer aspects of food.
  • To be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.

You will be expected to work seven shifts per week Monday to Friday, closed on Bank holiday, unless agreed otherwise which is approximately 50 hours per week - to be worked flexibly to reflect the needs of the business.
