This method allows to build custom frames in a short period of time. You could change the geometry to what ever fits you best, then the lugs gets generated by a software."

Sad that Tinkercad is shutting down? We may have found you a replacement. Autodesk 123D is now freely available in any browser that supports WebGL.
The toolset is very similar to Tinkercad, with intuitive techniques such as compound grouping and easy 'hole' objects to subtract sections of your model.
