CUSTOMER SURVEY PROMPTS SLIP ENHANCEMENTS

Every year, FSLSO conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey. Customers give us feedback on SLIP, the FSLSO website, and our staff, as well as give us suggestions on how we can improve. We read each and every one of these suggestions and use it thoughtfully to make our products and services better.

Recently, we released several enhancements to SLIP as a result of this very feedback, including: 

Improvements to Policy Search
We have added a confirmation number field so users can search for a specific transaction by the confirmation number.

Streamlined Endorsement Filing
Now, when filing an endorsement to a policy with one insurer participating on the risk, the insurer will pre-populate, saving the user a step.

Both of these enhancements are a response to customer feedback, because we are always looking for ways to make your filing experience better.

We appreciate everyone who participated in the 2014 Customer Survey. 98% of survey respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with FSLSO’s level of knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness and ability to assist. Moreover, SLIP, our premier filing platform, once again received satisfaction ratings of 95% and above from each of the customer groups surveyed.
