Hi and welcome to the latest newsletter. The big news for me is that Spring has arrived!!! I hate winter and am looking forward to a long hot summer, as will a lot of poeple around Brisbane this year! If you are a beer brewer, get cracking while the temperature is still not too hot, and then relax through summer enjoying the fruits of your labours.
We are well advanced now with planning of the the Queensland Homebrewing Conference, and you can find out a heap of details on the website (www.theqhc.com.au). It's been designed so that brewers of all standards will get something out of the day (besides loads of great tasting beer). Block out the weekend and join us for a great time.
There are no new products this month (though we are preparing some), but the office is littered with our attempts at making an American Honey Bourbon liqueur - if you like a nice liqueur, give this one a go.
Have a great month and get ready for an excellent summer. Cheers David
