The students are working really hard on the Mother’s Day Tea.  We can’t wait to show you all we have done!

• Unit Study:  Space
• Show and Tell:  We will send home a sheet for show and tell. The students will write about the moon and then illustrate. 
• Bible:  Character traits
• Bible Verse:  The 23rd Psalms
• Reading:  We will continue with special sounds, sight words, and word families.
• Math:  Addition and subtraction

• May 16:  Mother’s Day Tea at 8:30
• May 17:  Graduation
• May 18:  No School
• May 21:  Teacher Appreciation
• May 21:  Movie Day (popcorn and sprite for $1.00)
• May 22:  Tacky Tourist Day ($1.00)
• May 23:  Kindergarten picnic and last day of school for Kindergarten
• May 24:  Awards Assembly for 1st-5th grade(no school for Kindergarten)
