We would like to congratulate the 2013 Gilman Scholarship winners, including the following winners who are going on IES Abroad programs this fall and academic year. The Gilman Scholarship awards U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving Federal Pell Grant funding to participate in study abroad programs worldwide.

alumna researches cancer on fulbright in argentina

After studying abroad, IES Abroad alumna Sarah Brnich, Fall '09 Buenos Aires, returned to Argentina on a Fulbright grant to conduct cancer research. She recently visited her undergraduate school, Dickinson College, to talk about her Fulbright experience and her future plans.
