Lantern Procession
Winchester Cathedral, The Close, SO23 9LS
Starts at 6pm
Marvel at the beautiful lanterns of varying shapes and colours, so carefully made and carried through the streets to show off their beauty.
The latern parade will leave the Great Hall at 6pm and arrive at the Cathedral at 6.30pm for the official opening ceremony of the Christmas Market and Ice Rink, with ice display and fireworks, led by the Dean of Winchester.
