It has been a while - time for a catch up
|
 |
What has been happening |
 |
This month is Breast Cancer awareness month and I want to take this opportunity to remind you all - to quote a good friend - RECLAIM YOUR TITTIES - that's right girls if you have not had your Breast Check done - get in there and make it happen - we lost a very dear friend to secondary cancer after Breast Cancer last month and I dont want to lose anyone else - keep an eye open in Scrapbooking Memories Magazine this month to see what Scraptherapy is up to in order to help the cause.
In the shop - As always we are flat out ordering new stock for you all, packing it up, posting it out and starting all over again. We have had an insanely busy year to date (thus the lack of newsletters - sorry!) and again want to say thanks to all of you who appreciate our efforts and recommend us to all your friends and family - Scraptherapy has seen tremendous growth this year and we never forget that it is all due to you, our valued customers.
Facebook has become more and more a part of our world and a great part of our growth - if you want to share our newsletter with your facebook friends be sure to hit the button
If you are looking for some inspiration remember to check out our regular weekly challenges over at the forum along with all the great projects our DT are always busy creating to help inspire you all - you dont need to be a registered member to come over and acess the forum, only to leave comments there - anyone can come visit us.
SALE TIME AGAIN - Danny has been cleaning up around here and has told me that I just get to excited when ordering so a whole heap of stuff has been added to the Sale Section of the shop - be sure to pop in and check it out.
As always there is a regular supply of new stock coming in the door - you dont need to wait for a newletter to see what is new, you can always find it here but I wanted to do some special mentions for Spellbinders - a bundle of new stock added there this month and selling fast. Simple Stories Kits, I am loving these papers and just cant get enough of them. Perfect Pearls Mists
, although I love loads of the different misting products out there, these mists have opened up a whole new world of soft masking techniques and light shimmery finishes and of course the Prima 2011 Summer release which is sold out on some products but will be restocked in the next couple of weeks.

prima roadshow |
 |
10th November 2011 - Just one month to go girls - for those of you who have not caught up with the news via the forum or facebook - the Prima Roadshow is definately coming to Cairns. Two of the Prima Divas, the best of the best Prima Educators are coming to Cairns for some amazing Inspirational classes. We have limited spaces left in all classes - details of which are below. The Roadshow will take place at Holiday Inn, Esplanade Cairns, on Thursday 10th November. Prices are $125.00 per class, each class fee will include a kit of Prima products valued at approx $50.00. This is the sort of class that usually only comes to Sydney or Melbourne so if you are a local girl be sure to take full advantage. Due to the cost of the classes we are keeping the sizes very limited so there is only a small number of seats still available. To confirm
your space at this stage full payment will be required - you can find the details here
If you want to fly in from out of town for the classes girls we can organise to pick you up from the airport and get you back. Accomodation is still available at the Holiday Inn.

Our Plans over Christmas and January |
 |
|
On a personal note, a lot of you are aware that Danny has had a level 4 Melanoma removed this year along with some lymph nodes, it was a very close call, and while it is breast cancer month this month - a skin check would be a great idea as well. Need more information, you can start here. Given the close calls we have had this year we have decided that it is time to take some time out.
On a brighter note, you may or may not be aware that Danny and I are going to become Grandparents in December, so we are closing up shop on approximately the 8th December for a month - there comes a time when family need to come first and Grandparenthood seems a good time to do it. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are then off to CHA again in January so if there is anything you think you may need during the Dec/Jan period it would be a great idea to stock up in the next several weeks.
Never fear we will be back roaring and ready to go in early February for another great year ahead.
For the local girls the shop will be open one or two mornings a week so you dont feel totally deserted - we will let you know the days closer to the time
