A quick reminder that overnight parking, is prohibited in PGA National. Security will ticket vehicles parked on the street after midnight and before 6:00 AM. On the third such violation, the car is subject to being towed.
Save the cost of having to recover your or your visitor's vehicle from the tow-yard by being sure to always park in your garage or driveway.

Security and Privacy
July is here and it's time for our cut-over to St. Moritz Security Services (SMSSI) at both the Eagleton gate house as well as the PGA National roving patrols and exterior gates.
Over the last 30 days we have been working closely with SMSSI to ensure a professional transition from Allied-Universal Security and we are confident that all will go smoothly.
Two of the guards you are most familiar with seeing, Officer Steve Katz and Officer Ritchy Senat have transferred over to SMSSI and we are thrilled to have them continuing to work at the Eagleton gate house. Steve (who has been here at Eagleton for 16 years!) will continue to be our daytime gate officer, working from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Ritchy will be with us from Midnight to 8:00 AM on Wednesday and Thursday and from 4:00 PM to Midnight on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Two new gate officers will be joining us to fill in the other time slots. Read more...

See Something, Say Something
We are hearing reports of individuals - sometimes salespersons, sometimes religious representatives - knocking on doors or leaving literature in mailboxes.
This is not permitted in Championship and if you come across these individuals please contact PGA Security immediately at
(561) 627-1600.
St. Moritz Security will respond, investigate how they gained entry to the community, and escort them off property. Help us keep Eagleton safe!

PGA Board of Governors Updates Trucks and Vans Parking Rules
The PGA POA Board, at its May 23d meeting, voted unanimously to leave
the trucks and vans rule as it is currently. The current rule says (in summary) that
trucks must be inside a fully enclosed garage between the hours of midnight to 6:00
a.m.
Trucks with a factory finished "topper" with windows on both sides and in the rear and whose top does not extend above the roof of the truck's cab may be left outside overnight. (Tonneau covers, which are the flat covers at the level of the bed of the truck, are NOT an acceptable alternative.) Read more...

Ongoing Sidewalk Repairs
Sidewalk work within Eagleton is nearly completed. All the slabs that need to be removed and replaced have been completed, and the contractor is now beginning to shave a number of high spots that we have identified. Three guard rails that are required by ADA rules are being fabricated and will soon be installed.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Property Manager at (561) 625-8588.

Tree Trimming
Our contracted tree trimmers have completed their work on both Championship Drive and General Drive, and are now moving into the various HOA neighborhoods.
Please exercise caution as you walk and drive throughout the neighborhoods while the workers and their bucket trucks are present.
Let's hope Mother Nature is once again on our side.. and keeps the 2022 Hurricane season to a minimum.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Property Manager at (561) 625-8588.

Eagleton Landscaping
Our Landscape Team, in concert with our contracted landscaper, is doing an excellent job of ensuring that the community always looks its best.
The landscape company recently did some hard pruning at the Ryder Cup entry which is important for achieving lush, healthy plants. They are doing similar hard cuts in other areas.
We know it seems counterintuitive to prune back up to a foot of growth, even removing most foliage. But the reality is, heavy pruning is much better for plant health and appearance than continuously trimming back. Basically, plants outgrow their potential and rather than looking beautiful and thriving, they take on a bushy look.
Heavy pruning encourages new growth and ensures a fuller plant.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns about landscaping, please contact the Property Manager by clicking here.

Rear Gate Bypass
For many months.. in fact many years, we have been trying to get the Resort to close off the maintenance access-way on General Drive that allows vehicles to bypass our back gate, and thus gain unauthorized access to Eagleton.
Finally, thanks to the cooperation of the Resort's new Security Director, Mr. Frank Tito, we have been successful!
We are now relying on the Resort's Golf Operations manager to do a good job of keeping it closed when not in use.

Comcast Pillars
Comcast has advised us that with the changeover to fiber optics, they have removed all of their "pillars" that were part of the old coaxial cable system.
Many homeowners however have called the Property Manager's Office and reported that Comcast has "missed" removing a pillar in front of their home.
Upon investigation and discussion with Comcast we have discovered that many of those remaining pillars actually belong to AT&T or in some cases their predecessor, BellSouth... but not Comcast.
If you still have phone service provided by AT&T, or perhaps your neighbor does, then those pillars must remain. If you are sure that no AT&T service exists near your home, then please call AT&T and ask them to remove that unused pillar.
If you are positive that it is a Comcast pillar, please notify the Property Manager at (561) 625-8588.

Golf Carts and Low Speed Vehicles (LSV)
We have recently received complaints and concerns about the use of golf carts on the roadways of Eagleton.
In checking with the Palm Beach Gardens Police Traffic Unit we have found the following:
- There are no streets in Palm Beach Gardens (or PGA National) designated as golf cart roadways.
- Low Speed Vehicles (often referred to as street legal golf carts) are required to have seatbelts, a rear view mirror, headlights, taillights, turn signals, a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), insurance... and a Florida State license plate, They can only be operated by a licensed driver.
- No golf carts or Low Speed Vehicles are allowed to operate on any sidewalk.
- Failure to observe any of the above is a State Statute Violation enforced by the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department.
If you have questions regarding golf cart or LSV operations, please contact the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department Traffic Unit by calling (561) 799-4445.
Speak to them - before they speak to you with a summons book in hand.
