Bike tours help you get up-close-and-personal with OKC Over the past two weeks, over 100 downtown enthusiasts have hopped on their Spokies bikes to learn about Oklahoma's history and public art from experts Bob Blackburn of the Oklahoma Historical Society and Peter Dolese of the OKC Arts Council. These tours are not only cool, they're informative too! If you don't believe us, just check out this message we received from one enthusiastic bike tour participant: "The bike ride was AWESOME!! Please continue this!!!!!!!!! I'd be willing to ride even without the t-shirt give-away or the helmet give-away. Just keep hosting!! Thank you so much!!" - Cassandra Hopefully Cassandra has convinced you to join us for the final bike tour on Tuesday, Oct. 16, where we will learn about downtown OKC's architecture, led by Anthony McDermid, Founding Principal at TAP Architecture The tour begins at 6 p.m. at the Spokies station located on Automobile Alley at NW 9th and Broadway. It's free and all you have to do to participate is BYOB - bring your own bike. For more information, visit downtownokc.com or call 405.235.3500.

(They'll be the first to tell you that it is easy being green!) We hope you enjoy learning more about two of Oklahoma City's biggest fans.
Tell us a little bit about yourselves.

So the question on everyone’s mind is: how easy is it really to get around OKC without a car?
If you were trapped on a deserted island and could only take one downtown restaurant with you, which one would you take and why?
What would you do if you could be the Mayor for one day?
What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?
