Mental Health at work has once again hit the headlines today following on from the publication of 'The Thriving at Work' report. As well as recommendations, the report has advised that 300,000 employees a year are leaving work due to long-term mental health problems and employers are losing £42bn each year due to staff suffering from mental health problems.
