Hi there,

If you weren’t able to make it to the Australian Open, you may well have been surreptitiously glancing at a mobile app, or perhaps the website, to keep an eye on the play. And Infosys – the official digital innovation partner for the tournament – certainly tried to pull out all the stops. 

Behind the scenes there was everything from AI to virtual reality to voice and machine learning to derive the best action from centre court. A shame, then, that the app failed to serve up an experience to match the marketing hubbub.
