Even better, setup the device on a stand for people to access when they first arrive. As part of the update we have also added session information so you can see who’s attending a specific session and performance enhancements to make the app faster and more responsive. Did you know there is a difference between liking a page personally and as a company? Here is how to like a page as a company: FYI: You can't like LinkedIn company profiles from a company profile. And make sure you like it as yourself and then as your company (Select "Like As Your Page"). Thanks! Oh, and while you're at it follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn below! Training organisation of the month - CLASS TrainingCLASS Training delivers training to help individuals and organisations work smarter with their IT tools. Whether it’s for business, work or fun, their services really will increase your productivity and minimise your stress. Mark and his team strive to ensure maximum learning by analysing individual requirements and continual follow-up training. They do this by offering a large range of courses, methods of delivery and personalisation. CLASS Training chose Arlo to manage the administration behind their online booking so they could focus on the important elements of their clients training experience. The Team had been searching for a system which could easily integrate into their website, integrate with Xero and manage all the manual tasks associated with organising training, most importantly making the client experience from sign up to attendance seamless. CLASS Training uses the Arlo’s website WordPress plugin integration to display course dates, presenters, prices and take bookings. Clients can easily book courses online for a specific course or register interest in other dates/locations. All information displayed on the CLASS Training website is linked to the CLASS Training Arlo platform.

Please ensure you are using the ‘PlatformName.arlo.co/management’ url format to access your platform. If you still have trouble accessing your platform please contact Arlo support. Why can I not use the Old Legacy Dashboard view? The old Dashboard view in Arlo (the legacy dashboard) has been deprecated in our latest release. This was explained in our latest product update found here. This change was necessary to ensure customers have access to the latest features and functionality in Arlo. To find out more about the new dashboard, please see our support article on this. Where can I see what the communications/emails will look like i.e ‘Course Instructions,’ ‘Reminders,’ ‘Invoice’ etc.? Notifications in Arlo are templated (meaning the email pulls information automatically from your event and platform details) and automated (is sent automatically when criteria is met for that communication). This enables you to spend less time creating communications for your events or having to worry about consistency across all of your emails, this is all taken care of for you. A list of the communications sent out through Arlo can be found here. If you have any questions about the communications, our support team will be able to help you out. Can I phone Arlo Support if I have any questions? If you are on the ‘Enterprise’ plan, you qualify for Arlo phone support. The contact support number for Arlo can be found on our website here. Please be aware that phone support provides you with up to 2 hours of phone support per admin, per month (to be used in 10 minute bundles and within the business hours specified - see your ‘Support and Service specs’ on your contract for more information). If you would like to upgrade your plan to include phone support, please contact Sales. Why did a registrant on our event not receive an email from Arlo? In order for Arlo to send emails on behalf of your organisation, you need to ensure that your SPF records are updated correctly. This ensures registrants receive all communications sent from Arlo and is also one of the key steps of the implementation process when you first get started with Arlo. You can check the status of this at anytime using any SPF record detection tool and verifying that include:_arlo.co is added as one of your references in your current SPF records. For more information on this, see this support article.
Kind Regards, The Arlo Team |
