Bonjour Babies

Bonjour Babies provide fun French language learning programs for both caregivers and children from 6 months to 6 years of age.

Bonjour Babies give children the opportunity to be exposed to a second language in their formative years, whilst enabling caregivers to learn along with them.

When Bonjour Babies first approached Arlo, program registrations were received manually through email. Since implementing Arlo their registration process is now seamless and registrations are automatically synced with Xero.

Bonjour Babies integrated Arlo into their existing website using Arlo's web controls. This website integration technology was customised to fit with the unique french design and layout of their website. Scheduled programs and program information will automatically update on Bonjour Babies website.

Why are my events not showing on my website?

If you are using Arlo's WordPress plugin this can take up to 30 minutes to automatically sync with your Arlo platform. You can force a sync manually by logging into your WordPress dashboard and selecting synchronize now on the Arlo plugin page. If you are not using WordPress try clearing your browser cache and check the event is being displayed on the website from within your Arlo platform. 

How can I offer course discounts to specific registrants?

Arlo has a powerful discounts feature that allows you to add multiple price points to your event(s). A discount can be setup to only apply when a specific criteria is met. Common discounts are based on promotions, specified time frames, registrant's details, and order information.   

How does Arlo integrate with Xero? 

Arlo's Xero integration manages your invoices, synchronizes contacts, and tracks payments. Invoices will be automatically copied to Xero from Arlo, and when you mark an invoice as paid in Xero, the order in Arlo will be automatically marked as paid and approved. Learn more.

How are certificates from Arlo sent? 

Arlo allows you to create and send certificates to registrants, e.g. certificate of attendance directly from an event, or registration list. You can add fields for information such as registrant details, event information and grades, along with dates, and even professional development points. The fields are automatically populated on the certificates before being sent directly to the registrant.

I am upgrading or changing my website. When do I get Arlo involved?

If you are upgrading or changing your website you need to get Arlo involved early in the development process. Arlo has a website integration technology to suit every type of website, whether its WordPress, Drupal, Silverstripe, Joomla or a custom built website. Our web team integrates Arlo into websites everyday so if you are not sure about how to integrate Arlo into the website, contact the Arlo web team.
