What we believe shapes how we interpret the events of our lives. MVCC wants to equip people to know God and His Word, live out their faith and serve God with their gifts. For that reason, we are launching Mountain View University this fall!
MVU will offer courses covering 3 main categories: Bible/Theology, Ministry Training and Life Development. Beginning Tuesday night, 9/ 11/18 and running 10 consecutive weeks through 11/13/18, from 7-8:30, we will offer 2 courses:
1. Dave Ramsey’s FPU (Financial Peace University) covering: saving, debt reduction, cash flow planning, insurance, retirement, and more.
2. Wayne Grudem’s Bible Doctrine answering questions like:
-Why study theology? -What should I know about God?
-What does the Bible teach?
-How can I know what God expects of me?
-Who am I to God? -Why does evil exist?
-Who is Jesus Christ and what did Jesus accomplish?
-And more.

"Say Yes": On August 11 & 12 and 18 & 19 we're going to give you a unique opportunity to "Say Yes" to using your special gifts, talents, and skills to help further God's kingdom through various roles. Stop by the lobby to meet and chat with our Ministry leaders. They'll give you some helpful information and show you how to sign up to serve on one of our Ministry Teams: Children's Ministry, Worship & Tech, Student Ministry, First Impressions, Family and Care, Outreach, and Operations.
Jesus said "For the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:45 NIV).
We want to help you find the place where you can "Say Yes" and serve as well! Where will you "Say Yes" to serving?
