We have partnered with artist, Erika Bartlett, to offer an introduction to meditation class in a relaxed group setting.
A short introduction and some tips will be provided before the guided meditation begins. We will sit for 20-30 minutes, and then have a few minutes for open discussion, questions, and sharing any insights we experienced.
