Hi there,

If you listen to the hype, automation is old hat and hyper-automation is the latest and greatest (aka digital process automation or intelligent process automation if you really want to get your groan on).

Gartner has even gone so far as to declare that hyperautomation has moved from being ‘an option to a condition of survival'. It’s a big claim.

Of course, you can also argue that hyperautomation is merely the next, logical iteration of automation – moving from automating specific processes to optimising the whole production process, combining complementary technologies to augment and improve business processes.

But amid all that hype, what’s the business case and which tools should you be looking at adding to your arsenal? We take a look at the topic, and where Gartner believes it’s all headed.

Of course there are other types of automation – and in the case of Accounts Receivable that is exactly where we'll be exploring opportunities in next week's 'Automating Collections' webinar – register now for the live event.

Enjoy the read,
