Welcome to the June RESA eNews.
We are half way through 2016 and have also just reached the halfway point of our [DEVELOP] supply chain development program, so we thought we would take a moment to share with you a few key lessons that have come out of the seminar and workshop sessions.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with 12 great companies who are looking to grow their business and succeed in the resources supply chain, and some of the discussions throughout the program have been incredibly enlightening, see this month's blog post for an insight to lessons learned and [DEVELOP]ments made!
Thank you to all whom attended, making it a fantastic breakfast event. Commissioner Scarce's presentation was very informative, with the question time to follow the highlight of the morning. Negotiations between the State Government and Alinta are continuing for the Outback Communities Authority (OCA) to take over operational management of Leigh Creek from 1 January 2017 with essential services and buildings to be maintained. An Expression of Interest process will open to operators in the second half of 2016, info at www.leighcreekfutures.sa.gov.au
