Faculty encouraged to apply for the LIFT Faculty Fellows ProgramLIFT, the faculty development component of the Transformational Change Initiative, is welcoming applicants for the fourth cohort. All WSU faculty from all locations are encouraged to apply. The application deadline is Jan. 12. LIFT is a component of the Transformational Change Initiative, a five-year grant (2016 – 2021) with goals to support students' academic success, increase life skills and resilience, and transform their experience at WSU. The LIFT Faculty Fellows Program is designed to support instructors in using teaching methods and modules that have been shown to improve students' engagement, connection and learning; decrease course withdrawal and fail rates; and increase retention.
