A note from Chef Noah
The very best thing about summer is that the corn and the tomatoes keep coming. Sweet yellow and flecked salt and sugar corn -- roasted and featured in our roasted corn risotto, with shaved Parmesan and cherry tomatoes in a corn puree. It’s like taking a bite of Summer! Or try it grilled and served as a small plate with chipotle mayo and queso fresco, and it’ll send you South of the Border! Juicy heirloom tomatoes in all colors - red, gold, and purple. These misshapen, robust gems are from seeds that are saved from the previous year. Try our Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, with stracciatella cheese, basil, aged balsamic and fennel olive oil! Check out these delights and more on our new summer menu!
Fresh From the Sea
Our local fishermen are bringing in Monkfish and Cod; sample them in our monkfish skewers and crispy flash-fried cod -- our take on fish ‘n chips. I’m going to the Montauk docks where the deep-sea tuna boats are catching Atlantic tuna. Try our tuna tartare small plate or the pan seared tuna steak with our robust ratatouille redolent with smoky local eggplant, zucchini, ripe tomatoes and onions. There are clams aplenty in our Long Island Clam Chowder and in our house favorite, Local Seafood Paella full of clams, mussels, sea scallops and squid. Never tried octopus? Our grilled, Charissa spiced skewers will make you a convert. Tender, sweet and that kick of Moroccan-influenced spice will keep you coming back.

Wines of the Month - Two great North Fork selections! Bedell Chardonnay, 2016, Cutchogue
Medium bodied, with green apple and citrus, this creamy Chardonnay received great reviews in Wine Spectator. It’s perfect paired with local striped Bass, shellfish, and grilled corn dishes. Lieb reserve Merlot 2014, Cutchogue
Aged in Hungarian oak for 10 months, the palate is rich with plum, black cherry and cedar that comes through with a smooth, supple mouth-feel, finished with soft, round tannins.Fuller bodied, this features a deep garnet color and an enticing nose of mulberry, pine, and cocoa powder. Great with our summer lamb entree.
August Cocktail of the Month: Peach-Jalapeño Delight
This packs summery peach sweetness with a touch of heat. We combine Absolute peach vodka, our fresh peach purée, a sqeeze of lime juice, and sliced jalapeño peppers.
Burger and Brew Thursdays Every Thursday we’ll feature our Noah’s Kobe beef burger and brew for $15. In addition to our prime burger, we are featuring a fresh yellowfin tuna burger with wasabi aioli and seaweed salad. Greenport’s Harbor Ale is our pick.
