PHC MECA Update 5 November 2020

Kia ora Member,

Lets show our commitment and visibility at the rallies!

It is now more vital than ever that we keep the pressure on and all be visible at the rallies/gatherings/protests that will be happening around the country on Monday. This show of collective strength and commitment is essential.

Please ask your whānau and friends to come and support you as well. We have sought support from our wider union whānau to stand with us too.

Make sure you wear your uniforms and a good show of red on the day.

Resources

You can locate the posters/placards, a leaflet to hand out on the day, and FAQs about managing the strike day, impacts on normal work hours and who can strike here.

Feel free to get together with colleagues and make your own poster/placards if you want. Bulk copies of the leaflet will be provided where possible for the rallies on the day.
