Outside our Sparks location from 3:30-7:30 PM every Thursday in September your local growers will be bringing the fruits of their labors to the Great Basin doorstep. Stop by and enjoy a brew and live music while picking out your favorite harvested ingredients for that fresh home cooked meal.

So NFL preseason has come to an end and it's time to hit reset. It's been said that football is a game that needs to be played like somebody just hit your mother with a 2x4. Whoa! Slow down! Let's just have some fun. Come join us at Great Basin as we kick off the season and enjoy Sunday Football specials starting Sept. 8th.
In Reno, we'll have $2 pints and $4 Bloody Mary's from 9am to noon. During that time, we'll also be serving our Brewmaster's Brunch & Beer Menu, with favorites like our B&L Burger with bacon, smoked gouda and a fried egg, or The Egg-A-Nator, a good old-fashioned egg-in-a-hole sandwich. Don't miss it!
In Sparks, we have the Northern Nevada Brown's Backers meeting every Sunday to watch their Brownies play. We have $3 pints and food specials every week during the game including a Brown's Burger with crispy onions and a Brown's Breakfast Burrito. Come join us in the Dawg Pound!

Run! Don't Walk!
It's time for the Great Basin Brew Relay race. If you missed last year's relay, don't worry. The 2nd annual event is set for 8 AM on Oct. 12th and stretches 40 miles through Reno and Sparks. Get your Prefontaine shorty shorts ready and register your team at www.aiyevents.com soon. There's only room for 100 teams of 4. The race will start and end at Great Basin for your convenience... Just think about cooling down with a cold one at the finish line.

Outlaw Milk Stout is Coming Soon!
Get ready to draw at High Noon. Packs of six-shooters are hopping a train en-route to your local General Store. Outlawed, but not outdone. This brew took Silver at the World Beer Cup® 2008 & 2012 and Bronze in the Sweet Stout Category of the Great American Beer Festival® in 2011. Smooth and rich with a dark roasted finish, Great Basin is proud to introduce this award-winning favorite to its growing line of bottled beers.
Saturday October 5th from 3-7pm in Wingfield Park, Downtown Reno, this truly unique beer festival brings together breweries from all across Nevada. The festival will feature live music by Lonesome Locomotive, food trucks and bottomless beer tastings. Over 15 Nevada breweries are expected to be on hand.
Get your tickets for $25 in advance
or $30 at the gate.
Tickets will be available at breweries around town this month and Great Basin will be selling them starting on Friday Sept 6th.
