4th Grade eNews

We are soaking in every day to spend with our fourth graders.  What a blessing they have been this year, thank you for sharing them with us!

• Bible:  We will be learning about Eternity!  Our verse will be 1 Cor. 2:9 “But, as it is written,  what no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him.”  
• Spelling – Unit 30  preset, pajamas, biker, painless, crossroads, endless, yearly, kicker, unload, retell, keeper, harmful, gentleman, unemployed, weekly, adventurer, glassful, preflight, blissful
• Language: Pattern 3 sentences and Indirect Objects
• Reading:   continue novels.  We are working on Problem Solving.
• Math – testing this week on Ch. 14 and beginning Ch. 12 Fractions
• Social Studies –  Ch. 15 Age of Progress
• Science – Weathering and Erosion, test Friday

• May 3rd- field trip to Prairie Grove
• May 4th-  Morning arrival drop off at 24-7 building
• May 12th- Cinderella, 5th grade musical
• May 16th- GT field trip
• May 18th- Graduation 7:00 in WC
• May 19th- School holiday, no school
• May 25th- Awards Day

• Chick-Fil- A biscuits are available Tuesday and Friday for $2.50
• Please save and send in box tops for Education.
