Meeting Reminder - Thursday, December 13, 2012
KrisAnne Hall to Speak at our December 13th Meeting
Join us at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 13th for our monthly meeting. Have you wondered about the mandates that come down from the federal government? Are they constitutional? Does a state have to follow them? Find out on December 13th when KrisAnne Hall speaks to us on Nullification. What is it? How does it work, etc.? We will also have a report on what the Columbia County Commission is doing and information on our upcoming meetings and events.
KrisAnne spoke out for all of us last week at a
Select Committee on Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act meeting in Tallahassee last week. During and after the meeting she had to stand for principle and correct some of our elected officials when they made statements that were not true. She has taken some heat from it, even from so-called members of the patriot movement. KrisAnne is someone who has stood for principle even when it hurt. She has done the things we say we will do, but many of us haven't been tried to that extent...yet! Read some of the articles she has written about this matter on her website: www.krisannehall.com
She also put a statement on Facebook today that I am going to include in tonight's newsletter. We are very lucky to have her in our area and should take advantage of every chance we have to listen to her teach on constitutional issues. Our only chance to correct the direction this country is heading is to educate ourselves and then go out and work toward making the changes that are needed! Please attend this meeting - invite everyone you know and then let's get busy!
We meet at the Taylor Bldg. located at 128 SW Birley Ave. in Lake City. This is on the corner of U.S. 90 and Birley approximately 3 miles west of the I-75 interchange in Lake City. For more information, call John 386-935-0126 , Sharon 386-935-0821 or go to: www.northcentralfloridateaparty.org

MY FINAL STATEMENT ON THE MATTER: (KrisAnne Hall)
I make no apologies for my stand in Tallahassee last week. However, I am falling under criticism by from just a few unexpected sources. Apparently there are a few in the 'movement' that believe that we should tolerate the denigration of our Constitution and the destruction of our nation by our elected politicians so we can "work with them." One man said that ...
because we cannot expect our politicians to do the right thing, we shouldn't even be demanding they do it. We should just work within their corruption and convince them to be somehow "less corrupt."
Also there are some who are proposing that I set the whole thing up to glorify myself. Hmmm that is the most interesting of accusations. I wish I had thought of that first, I would've made a really big show of it. No, I probably would have tried to make friends with the Constitution haters so I could've gained their favor and really felt powerful.
If you do not know the hour we are in your are either dead or grossly ignorant. These politicians have no respect for us, whether we lick their boots or stand for what it right. Therefore I choose to stand for what is right. I will not redefine "right" so that I can get closer to those who are wrong so we can come to a common places of "less wrong."
If we don't stand for what is right, we have already lost the battle. And apparently there are some among us who would rather fight those standing for what is right, than fight the evil in front of us. What a shame that we have to be temporarily distracted by capitulators.
This is my last statement on the matter. I have bigger battles to fight. Those of you who do not wish to fight for what is right, I leave you to your devices. I stand with Sam Adams!
"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen."

PLEASE CONTINUE TO CONTACT FLORIDA LEGISLATORS!
Please continue to contact the members of the committee that are debating setting up the Health Exchange for Florida. Tell them: "Just Say No To State Exchanges" and then follow up with Nullifying Obamacare. It is unconstitutional, we cannot afford the expenses associated with it, and it is a huge trespass on our constitutionally guaranteed rights!
I am including the link that has the contact info for the Senators here: http://northcentralflorida912project.org/downloads/senate-select-committee-on-patient-protection.pdf Please add:
Senator Charles Dean dean.charles.web@flsenate.gov Tallahassee Office:
311 Senate Office Building

Tallahassee, FL 32399-1100
(850) 487-5005
Representative Elizabeth Porter**
Capitol Office - 405 House Office Bldg. 402 South Monroe St. Tallahassee, FL 32399 (850) 717-5010 or
District Office - 678 SE Baya Dr. Lake City, FL 32025 (386) 719-4600
**I attended the Legislative Delegation Meeting in Lake City today and asked both of our legislators what their opinion was on the State Health Exchanges and also if they thought Florida can afford the full implementation of the Health Care Law. Rep. Porter was very outspoken about her opposition to the implementation of this law. We need to encourage her to work toward stopping this law from being implemented in Florida!
