Let us know if you are attending or will be in the area - we would be happy to give you a hands-on demo of Avadis NGS. Illumina iDEA Challenge, June 14-15, San Diego, USA We are finalists in the visualization category of this year's Illumina iDEA Challenge and will be presenting our entry, the Avadis NGS Genome Browser. BIO International Convention, June 27-30, Washington, D.C., USA Strand will be a part of the India Pavilion (Booth No. 1717). News & Updates New script to 'Find Genic Parts' available in our Scripts Library Script #7 in our online Scripts Library allows you to create a region list comprising genomic regions that are upstream, downstream, exonic, or intronic relative to the transcript model used for creating the experiment. You can then annotate any other region list, e.g. ChIP-Seq peak finding results, with this information using the Annotate Region List feature. We're on Twitter!
