Keeping in touch with you Keeping in touch with you Dear The Leeds Trinity Alumni Community is fundamental to the University and each and every member is very special to us. We want to make sure we keep in touch with all of our graduates so we can keep everyone up-to-date with all the exciting news, including reunions, benefits and discounts, events, further learning and other opportunities. From 25 May 2018, unless you have completed an alumni membership application form or given us clear written consent, we will need you to complete a very simple form to enable us to keep in touch with you via e-communications and other methods. This is due to new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes in to effect on 25 May 2018. Basically, this means that you must have clearly opted in to receive future communications from us. We have created a FAQ section on the University webpages that will hopefully answer any questions you have about this.
