Like every few months, our newsletter informs you about interesting upcoming Africa-related events.
According to recent figures published by the African Development Bank, the 2013 growth forecast for Sub-Saharan Africa stands at 5.8%. And with the recovery of North African economies, growth across the whole continent is expected to stand at 4.8% in 2013.

Business trip to Nigeria – 2-6 September 2013, Abuja and Lagos
In close cooperation with the Swiss Embassy in Abuja, the SABC jointly with Osec organizes a business trip to Nigeria (Abuja and Lagos) between 2 and 6 September 2013. The trip is supported by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), Swisscham Africa and the Nigerian Embassy in Switzerland. Delegation size limited to 12-15 participants. Africa Business Day 2013 – 27 June 2013, Zürich
Rainbow unlimited gmbh together with Osec organises the 1st AFRICA BUSINESS DAY on 27 June 2013 at the ConventionPoint / SIX Swiss Exchange
in Zürich. This event replaces the Swiss-African Business Exchange (last held 2011 in Geneva) as the annual gathering for business between Switzerland and Africa.
