Sonru has been busy conducting research with candidates once they've completed their video interviews. It's early days yet but the preliminary analysis is very positive such as 6 times as many candidates would prefer an automated video interview to a telephone screening interview.
May was a busy month with respect to international expansion as Sonru announced Reseller partnerships with Workshift Systems Corporation in Ottawa, Canada and Apple Search & Selection in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Being an online company doesn't mean we don't get out and about! Next up is the CIPD Recruitment Show in London on June 15-16 where we'll also be giving a showcase entitled 'Automating the Interview Process Using Online Video'
