Poetry Competition Launched...

Our annual school games Poetry Competition is now open for entries. There are three prizes of £50 for winners at KS1, 2 & 3, with an overall winner receiving a workshop for their class with Poet John Rice plus, they will visit the opening ceremony of Cumbria School Games on the 12th July. Deadline for entries is the 26th June.

Cumbria Primary School Partnerships - PE Assessment Half-Day Workshop - [New Participation & Achievement Tracker]

These half-day workshops are being delivered in local partnerships throughout June.  A calendar giving the dates, venues, times and each local organiser can be viewed at www.activecumbria.org/ACPAT

Places are being allocated on a ‘first come first served basis’. In the event of a clash in dates please refer to the calendar for your nearest alternative venue and date. more>>

An opportunity for schools to attend the Aegon Tennis Trophy which takes place from 11th – 18th June in 2017 at the Northern Lawn Tennis Club, Manchester. Deadline to apply May 26th.

DofE Cookery Residential

Learn to cook in a week – enjoy a unique fun experience learning to cook and then being able to recreate dishes at home. Be part of our kitchen brigade for the week and make friends along the way, whilst enjoying outdoor teamwork activities that only the Lake District can offer.
