Whistler, B.C. – Whether a savvy-shopper or a high-roller, Cornucopia, presented by BlueShore Financial is teeming with a selection of events.

“Everyone’s welcome” is the theme behind the programming at Cornucopia taking place November 7-17, 2019. From cooking demonstrations to drink seminars, winery dinners to Signature Tastings and late-night celebrations – this year’s festival will leave patrons counting down the days until next year.

Festival guests can also customize a Cornucopia experience complete with accommodation and choice of Signature Tasting events such as Cellar Door, flagship Crush Grand Tasting or Poured Grand Tasting starting from $95 per person, per night.

With a range of drink seminars from wine to cocktails or beer on offer, guests can build a full itinerary for Cornucopia also referred to as the “unofficial, official kick-off to winter”. With over 100 events covering 11 days there is no shortage to maximize every minute. Learn a trick or two around the kitchen with local and visiting chefs –at the Culinary Stage Series demonstrations. For the luxury-seekers, the Chef’s Table Luncheon’s held in lavish, private Whistler chalets are intimate multi-course meals feature visiting chefs showcasing their cooking talent. Each meal is paired with feature wines from around the world – making these luncheons a splurge-worthy event.

Festival dinner events from winemakers to brewers round out each evening throughout Cornucopia. From the new Raven’s Room – Fall Feast & Craft Cocktail paired dinner,  the indulgent trip to Italy with Quattro Whistler’s wine dinner featuring Rocca delle Macie, Brew ‘n’ Bites dinner with Black’s Pub and Whistler Brewing, Fairmont Chateau Whistler’s Indigenous World Wine dinner, “roaming” food station-style event Savour at the Westin and many more from Whistler’s renowned restaurants.
