In January, Sonru announced it was retaining Maria Maguire as Country Manager, Australia. Maria will play a lead role in accelerating Sonru’s growth in the Australian market.
Then in February, Sonru entered into a partnership with RecruitAdvantage to deliver their ground-breaking automated online video interview technology to the Australian recruitment and human resources industry.

Team Sonru were sharing the love of video interviewing again, this time in London where they co-hosted a Master Class with client Nucleargraduates on 'Handling Application Overload' on February 24th.

Michelle Palin of Network Rail presented the counter agrument in outsourcing the selection process effectively while Emily Bryant from the Royal Bank of Scotland discussed how to encourage diversity of applications without increasing overall volume.
