	Vaxxas Only a couple of months after an eye-catching media campaign that saw the worldwide media launch of the company and a high profile deal with pharma giant Merck, College Hill’s Australian medical device client Vaxxas went on to win the prestigious 2012 Janssen AusBiotech Emerging Company of the Year. 	Roche Roche’s and Plexxikon’s Zelboraf, was named “Best New Drug” at the 8th Annual Scrip Awards, the event organised by Informa to acknowledge the highest achievers across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. The drug intended for the most aggressive form of skin cancer, metastatic melanoma, received FDA marketing approval in 2011. Read more

Gemma Howe - Account Manager - 2.5 years with College Hill

“Working with life sciences companies allows us to showcase a technology and its potential ability to change lives.”

Six years’ experience of international science communications, including media relations and events management. Gemma has experience of developing stories in print and broadcast media, promoting science to industry and mainstream audiences.

Beyond the science:
Gemma is an avid reader, a keen cook and is actively involved in charity work, both in and out of work.

Dr Robert Mayer - Account Director - 6 years with College Hill

“Our clients often push the frontiers in natural science and getting their messages out and achieving good coverage on the back of it is extremely rewarding for me”

Based in Munich, Robert has supported public and private biotech, medtech, diagnostic, VC and pharmaceutical clients and has developed a specialist understanding of the German language media landscape and of international and English language publications.

Beyond the science:
Robert enjoys architecture and music and is continuously on the hunt for new cooking recipes. He also enjoys traveling far abroad or simply relaxing in Tuscany.
