Friday night, December 10th long track tornados tore through numerous states causing wide-spread damage. Western Kentucky specifically had a tornado causing catastrophic damage through many cities and communities. Over 70 casualties have been reported in Kentucky alone, and this number may rise.
Our Hope Force assessment team was on the ground Saturday morning just after these devastating tornados tore through the state. Our team visited several of the cities and towns impacted by the tornados. People are reeling and overwhelmed with the damage to property and the incredible loss of life.
We are deploying in the Bowling Green area, and we need you. Our primary focus will be roof tarping, but there will also be groundwork needed, helping homeowners sort through the rubble, and cleaning up debris!
