Editor's note

Older gay men are less likely to support same-sex marriage than their younger counterparts, seeing it as at odds with the radical times they grew up in. As Peter Robinson argues, it’s vital that we listen to these men as they are an already marginalised group, and they fear becoming more so if marriage is legalised.

Gay rebels: why some older homosexual men don't support same-sex marriage

Peter Robinson, Swinburne University of Technology
