IT’S ALL ABOUT THE ‘WINNER TAKE ALL” PRIMARY ELECTION ON MARCH 15th 2016

If Florida conservatives unite behind one candidate in the primary election, We Will Win! If we split and fragment our vote across the entire field, The establishment Republican will win. As you know, Florida is a “Winner Take All” State. If Florida conservatives wish to elect a conservative Presidential candidate in the March primary, we need to consider uniting around one specific candidate. On March 15th 2016, Florida conservative voters will go to the polls and choose from an unprecedented field of highly qualified conservative candidates. Unfortunately for the conservative movement, Florida’s establishment Republicans are counting on this large field in order to split the conservative vote. Florida conservative groups and organizations are invited to participate in a unique program where conservatives from across Florida can see what other Florida conservatives are thinking and talking about regarding their choices about the candidates and possibly unifying around one of the candidates. This creates a statewide discussion of conservatives, by conservatives, for conservatives. The key to generating a statewide discussion is participation by Florida’s Conservative 912, Liberty, and Tea Party groups and organizations. Your members will tell the rest of Florida, what they think. We do not ask organizations or their members to commit to any candidate; we know this doesn’t work. We only ask you to tell the rest of Florida what you think about the candidates (the survey) and to discuss this with fellow conservatives.

The first debate is behind us. Our friends at Florida Conservatives United would like to share your opinion with the rest of Florida's conservatives. What do you think about the candidates? What do you think about possibly uniting behind one candidate? Remember, if we split, we lose, IF WE UNITE, WE WIN!

As a conservative voter, please take a moment to take this important survey. This will tell other Florida conservative voters what you think. If you've taken this before, we encourage you to take it again. Results will be posted at the Florida Conservatives United website on the RESULTS EVENTS page in the coming days.

After you complete the survey, take a few moments and browse the Florida Conservatives United web site. Talk to your friends and neighbors about this and if you are a member of a conservative group, talk about this at meetings. The goal here is to get Floridians to talk about uniting behind a conservative candidate should this become necessary as we approach the March 15th “WINNER TAKE ALL” Florida Presidential Primary. Gun Raffle Recap

Thanks to everyone who helped out with the gun raffle this year! Congratulations to Paul Crowley for winning the Smith & Wesson 9mm! The money that was raised will help with our expenses for the upcoming year.

No Tea Party Meeting in August!

We will NOT hold a meeting in August - we will resume on Thursday, September 10th. We will have a great program on the Bill of Rights and the Constitution just in time for Constitution Week in the schools. Why not invite a teacher or children that would benefit from this progam?

We will be donating Constitutions to the Civics classes in both Suwannee and Columbia Counties again this year.

Concerned Veterans for America Phone Banking

Can you help phone bank on Tuesday, August 18th? at the Columbia County Library? We partner with Concerned Veterans for America; they contribute to the expenses for printing the American Patriot News and we volunteer to phone bank once a month. The last few months we have called U. S. Representative's offices and asked them to co-sponsor the Veteran's Accountability Act. http://cv4a.org/takeaction/ Sometimes we call veterans and ask them simple questions for a survey.

Chick-Fil-A will be served at 5:30 and the phone banking begins at 6:00 p.m.

Who Is The North Central Florida Tea Party?

The North Central Florida Tea Party is a group of citizens who are concerned about where our nation is heading. We are a grassroots, non-partisan group opposed to wasteful deficit spending and infringement of our natural rights. We do have a well-defined and uniform slate of principles on which we center our advocacy and support for political candidates. These principles include, first and foremost, advocating for Essential Liberty, the restoration of constitutional limits on government and the judiciary, and the promotion of free-enterprise, national defense, and traditional American values. Our goals are to educate ourselves on the issues facing us today, act on what we learn, and motivate other like-minded people to become involved. Find a way to become part of the solution instead of just complaining about the problems!
