Board of Directors Call For Nominations

 

The Downtown Kelowna Association is calling for nominations for eight (8) positions on the Board of Directors for the term of June 1, 2012 through June 1, 2014.


Nominees for the Board of Directors will:
 

• be a Property Owner or Tenant, Business Owner or Employee within the Downtown Kelowna Association boundary,
• serve for a two (2) year term,
• attend monthly meetings from 5pm – 7pm, and
• have an active interest in Downtown Kelowna.

 

Nomination forms may be picked up from the DKA office, emailed upon request or download from www.downtownkelowna.com/election. Nominations for a position with the DKA Board of Directors must be submitted to the Downtown Kelowna Association office located at 200 - 287 Bernard Avenue on or before 4:00 pm Monday, April 16, 2012. Please note: Nominees must be property owners or tenants of Class 5 or 6 real property within the Downtown Kelowna Business Improvement Area boundary, or a duly authorized employee of a property owner or tenant afore-described.
