More and more companies now acknowledge the physical toll of an ‘always-on’ corporate culture by offering health insurance, wellness programmes, and benefits like gym memberships and yoga classes.  The PR and corporate comms industry is fast-paced, demanding and requires most employees to be connected at some level 24/7. It comes as no surprise, therefore, that PR routinely finds a mention in the list of most stressful jobs.
