If you have nominated in previous years and would live to re-submit your nomination, please email the Award Team with the name of your nominee and and any new information you may wish to include about their volunteering work in the previous 12 months.

Please note 2012 Regional and State Award winners cannot be re-nominated in 2013. You are welcome to re-nominate them in 2014.
