In spite of the non-mandatory condition of the nKPI reporting round, 218 of the 237 services due to submit, submitted their nKPI report! This is a great result, as 92% of services submitted their nKPI report! The December 2020 data collection reporting round was also the first time in the history of the reporting collection that the deadline was not extended. The nKPI reporting round closed on 15 February 2021, and all submitted reports were finalised by 15 March 2021. If you would like to arrange a training session for: How to submit data, and How to progress the data to 'Submission Approved' status, please email indigenousreporting@health.gov.au Item 2: Webex Training for Qlik Interactive Reports The Health Data Portal team are thrilled with the level of engagement services have with their data, and services are fully utilising the many benefits of the Qlik reports. Your service's data is available in near real time through the Qlik interactive reports. These data will assist you and your service to inform service delivery, support continuous improvement, monitor and benchmark your service's progress and achieve clinical milestones. There is a Qlik Interactive Reports User Guide available at any time through the User Support link in the HDP. You may also request a Webex training session by emailing us at indigenousreporting@health.gov.au Item 3: Downloadable Powerpoint Presentation If you have the Published Report Viewer role, you will be able to access a downloadable Powerpoint presentation containing all of the nKPI graphs from the three summary reports in your Qlik interactive reports. If you need the Published Report Viewer role assigned, please ask your Health Data Portal User Administrator or request it by sending an email request to indigenousreporting@health.gov.au An example of a mock presentation (showing a selection of pages only) can be found under the User Support link here.
