We are so proud of all the amazing posters about the 4 Seasons that the kids brought in this week for show and tell! We are so thankful to serve a God that loves us and guides us through each of our own seasons of life! 

REMINDER: No School Monday, January 20 in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

• Unit Study: We will learn about Weather and celebrate our 100th day of school on Thursday with all sorts of 100 activities!
• Show and Tell: Bring 100 items in a bag! (food, money, objects, etc.) Get creative!!
• Bible: We will continue studying Christ’s life and ministry.
• Bible Verse: "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against God." - Psalm 119:11
• Reading: We will continue to talk about syllables and compound words.
• Math: We will be learning about parts of a calendar, whole and equal parts, and the number word “four”, as well as reviewing our addition fact families and writing “after” numbers.

• January 20 - NO SCHOOL for Martin Luther King Day
• January 23 - MLK Chapel in the WC @ 8:30 am
• January 23 - 100th Day of School
• January 30 - Little Dribblers in SEC @ 9:15 am
• January 31 - Color’s Day Pep Rally in SEC @ 2:45 pm

With the weather getting colder, please remember to send a jacket or coat with your child’s name on it, every day.  Also, don’t forget to send a water bottle with your child everyday!
